Staying at the forefront of innovation is essential to offer competitive and innovative proposals. For this reason, +INDUSTRY has reinforced its profile as a space for business and knowledge transfer thanks to an extensive program of activities that includes live demonstrations, Innovation Workshops, B2B and networking meetings, as well as conferences.

In the latter, key aspects related to the latest development strategies in advanced industry will have a prominent role: additive manufacturing; digitization and automation of processes; shared data spaces in industry; industrial cybersecurity; and the use of data in the industrial sector. More than fifty representatives of the most advanced companies will be in charge of sharing their knowledge in the presentations and transferring their experience on practical cases of success in their respective fields.

In addition, this year the 20th European Industrial Subcontracting Meeting, one of the largest forums for B2B interviews in the country, will be held. Nearly one hundred international buyers (most of them multinationals based in Europe) and some four hundred Spanish subcontractors from different sectors such as general subcontracting, railways, defense, energy, steel, medical technology, household appliances, automotive and petrochemicals have already confirmed their participation in the event. In addition, one of the days of the meeting will be attended by buyers from the additive and 3D printing sector. As a result of all these B2B meetings, around 1,000 business meetings are expected to take place.

The 20th European Industrial Subcontracting Meeting is organized by the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, CamaraBilbao and Bilbao Exhibition Centre (BEC), in collaboration with the rest of the Spanish Chambers of Commerce (Subcontex).
